Associate Commercial Specialist

About the role

Talabat is seeking an Associate Commercial Specialist to support the rapid growth of its tMart grocery store concept, which offers 30‑minute delivery across several Middle‑East markets. The role acts as a bridge between category managers, the commercial team and various support functions to ensure smooth operations and commercial compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the commercial team with daily business‑as‑usual tasks and flag any discrepancies across functions.
• Analyze and help execute cross‑functional commercial and operational strategies.
• Identify and develop new business leads, manage vendor relationships and retain sales through CRM tools.
• File, maintain and track commercial contracts, ensuring proper implementation to protect margins.
• Detect invoicing or billing issues from End‑of‑Business statements and coordinate corrections.
• Support the campaign manager in trade‑plan execution and evaluate revenue‑generating initiatives.
• Lead the commercial admin team, fostering clear communication and recognition.
• Prepare, schedule and distribute operational reports and maintain master commercial files (SOPs, LPOs, SLAs).
• Coordinate activities to ensure compliance with company policies and deadlines.
• Work with category managers, accounting, demand planners and inventory controllers to maintain optimal stock levels, monitor forecasts and process store orders.

Required profile

• Experience in commercial administration or a related commercial function.
• Strong analytical abilities to support data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent coordination skills across multiple internal teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
