HVAC Sales Engineer – Commercial & Industrial Projects

About the role

Develop and secure HVAC project sales for commercial and industrial projects across Bahrain. The role manages the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to order delivery, requiring strong technical knowledge and regular client site visits.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new HVAC project opportunities through consultants, contractors, developers and owners.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, tender submissions and cost estimates for systems such as VRF, split, ducted and packaged units.
• Negotiate pricing, scope and delivery terms, and convert enquiries into confirmed orders while meeting sales targets.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, logistics and project teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate CRM/ERP records, track pipeline stages and provide regular sales forecasts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical or HVAC Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in HVAC project sales within Bahrain or the GCC.
• Proven ability to read HVAC drawings, specifications and BOQs.
• Valid Bahrain driving licence preferred.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment selection.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
