Bar & Lounge Manager

About the role

The Bar & Lounge Manager leads the luxury bar and lounge operation at Four Seasons Bahrain Bay, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar and lounge operations, maintaining high service standards and venue appearance.
• Drive beverage sales through menu engineering, promotions, and innovative cocktail programs.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate team members, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Manage inventory, ordering, stock rotation, and conduct regular counts to minimize waste.
• Monitor labor, beverage costs, and operating expenses to meet budgeted financial goals.
• Respond to guest feedback promptly and implement service recovery measures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
• 3-5 years of management experience in luxury hospitality, upscale restaurants, or fine‑dining bars.
• Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and beverage service operations.
• Proven leadership, team development, and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with restaurant POS systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
