Runner in Luxury Hotel Dining

About the role

The Runner supports the service team by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately from the kitchen and bar to guests at Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay. This position ensures smooth communication between kitchen and front‑of‑house while upholding luxury service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely, professional, and organized manner.
• Verify order accuracy and presentation before leaving the kitchen or bar.
• Communicate special requests, modifications, and dietary requirements to chefs and service staff.
• Assist servers with clearing and resetting tables, maintaining restaurant cleanliness.
• Support the team during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and daily specials.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a restaurant, luxury hotel, or fine‑dining environment preferred.
• Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills and a positive attitude focused on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to stand, walk for extended periods and safely carry trays.
