Director of Sales

About the role

The Director of Sales leads the sales team at Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay, ensuring quotas are met and revenue is maximized across all hotel revenue areas. This senior position is responsible for achieving revenue goals, KPIs, and maintaining high guest and employee satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to exceed financial results, increase market share, and strengthen the Four Seasons brand.
• Create strategic account plans for key market segments, deploy the sales team accordingly, and monitor performance against targets.
• Collaborate with the annual marketing plan, execute projects across market areas, and adjust strategies based on market conditions.
• Maintain regular communication with Four Seasons Worldwide Sales Offices and ensure timely, accurate information flow to operations.
• Lead on‑property sales functions, set clear goals for the team, and drive results through effective people and process management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, marketing or a related field.
• 8‑10 years of progressive hotel sales experience in luxury hospitality, with 3‑5 years in a Director of Sales role.
• Strong understanding of the Bahrain and GCC hospitality markets and a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Salesforce, Delphi, Opera, and Microsoft Office.
• Advanced analytical and strategic planning capabilities.
