Barista – Hotel Lobby Café

About the role

As a Barista in the hotel lobby café, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating memorable coffee experiences that set the tone for their stay. You will work in a vibrant hospitality environment, delivering exceptional service with a smile.

Key responsibilities

• Restock the lobby café by taking inventory, replenishing items, and verifying product expiration dates using a handheld POS system.
• Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages to guest specifications and accurately process checks for proper billing.
• Perform routine equipment checks, report any issues, and ensure all café appliances operate smoothly.
• Maintain a clean and organized café area to uphold high standards of guest satisfaction.
