Barista – Serve Premium Coffee in Manama

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Barista to join our café team in Manama. You will craft high‑quality coffee and tea beverages while providing friendly, efficient service to our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages.
• Take customer orders, process payments accurately, and handle cash transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar, dining area, and equipment.
• Restock supplies such as coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and pastries.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Answer customer questions and recommend menu items.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
• Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
