About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Book Keeper / Payments Specialist to join our finance team. You will be responsible for managing day‑to‑day bookkeeping tasks, processing payments, and ensuring that all financial records are accurate and up‑to‑date.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain daily bookkeeping records and update ledgers.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements.
- Reconcile bank statements and internal accounts.
- Prepare periodic financial reports and summaries.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Collaborate with colleagues to streamline financial processes.
Required profile
- Strong background in bookkeeping and finance.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
Required skills
- Familiarity with accounting software.
