Brand Communications Manager

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Brand Communications Manager to lead our brand narrative across all channels. The role will collaborate closely with Marketing, Corporate Communications, Digital, and Creative teams to ensure consistent brand identity and drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the brand communications team, setting performance objectives and KPIs.
• Develop and implement integrated brand communications strategies, including press releases, media relations, PR campaigns, and sponsorship evaluations.
• Conceptualize innovative creative and PR campaigns to build brand awareness and manage reputation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
• Oversee creation, distribution, and follow‑up of press releases and on‑brand copy for various channels.
• Ensure talent selections for TV, radio, voice‑overs, and photoshoots align with brand guidelines.
• Establish criteria for evaluating sponsorships to maximize ROI.
• Provide regular progress reports and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in public relations or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in brand communications, public relations, or marketing.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high‑performing teams.
