Brand Manager – Automotive (Jaguar Land Rover)

About the role

Euro Motors is looking for a highly motivated Brand Manager to lead the Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) brand in Bahrain. The role combines strategic brand development, market analysis, and close collaboration with sales and dealership networks to grow market share and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement JLR brand strategies aligned with corporate vision and local market goals.
• Monitor market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure effective product positioning, pricing and promotional activities.
• Lead market research and gather customer insights to guide product development and marketing plans.
• Oversee creation and execution of marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Manage relationships with JLR corporate team, local dealerships and key stakeholders.
• Prepare annual budgets, business plans and performance reports for Jaguar and Land Rover lines.
• Supervise departmental performance, monitor budgets and ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of brand management experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behaviour and competitive analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Creative and strategic thinking with problem‑solving orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with marketing software and tools.
