Brand Manager – Jaguar Land Rover (Automotive)

About the role

Euro Motors is seeking a highly motivated and experienced JLR Brand Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive industry, along with a global vision and the ability to excel in a fast‑paced and competitive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies for JLR in line with the company’s overall vision and goals.
• Monitor and analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure effective product positioning and pricing strategies.
• Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform product development and marketing.
• Oversee creation and execution of marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Manage relationships with JLR corporate team, local dealerships, and key stakeholders.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the JLR product line to communicate benefits to customers.
• Monitor and manage the brand’s budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Develop strategic business plans, annual budgets, and performance reports for Jaguar/Land Rover.
• Expand the business by adding new sales, service, and parts outlets and increasing market share.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in brand management, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behaviour.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative and strategic problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software/tools.
• Knowledge of the JLR product line and Bahrain market is a plus.
