Business Development – Corporate Remittance

About the role

Oryxa Technologies is seeking a Business Development professional to expand its corporate remittance portfolio in Bahrain. You will focus on acquiring new corporate clients that need fast, cost‑effective cross‑border payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through networking, outreach and market research.
• Analyse client needs and competitive offerings to propose tailored remittance solutions.
• Present proposals, negotiate terms and close new business.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding.
• Provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Track sales pipeline, prepare reports and contribute to strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to assess market opportunities and client requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proven experience in lead generation and building long‑term partnerships.
• Competence in market research, industry trends and regulatory environments.
• Solid customer‑service orientation.
• Background in business development, sales or financial services, preferably in payments, fintech or banking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Capital Governorate and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
