Business Development Officer – FMCG Sales

About the role

Early Riser is looking for a dynamic Business Development Officer to drive growth in the fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) market. You will be responsible for expanding our brand presence, securing new partnerships, and achieving measurable sales results.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and pitch Early Riser products to new clients and business partners.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand brand presence and market reach.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key accounts.
• Present ideas and action plans to improve sales performance and brand visibility.
• Work towards and achieve KPI, lead generation, and sales targets.
• Contribute to business development initiatives that support overall company growth.

Required profile

• Previous experience in FMCG business development or sales.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Commercially minded, proactive, and self‑motivated.
• Ability to identify opportunities and convert them into business.
• Passion for brand growth and market expansion.
