Captain Waiter

About the role

Little Krazy is seeking an experienced, confident, and guest‑focused Captain Waiter to lead a designated service section in its whimsical fine‑dining setting. You will be the primary link between guests, the kitchen, and the front‑of‑house team, ensuring every diner enjoys a personalised and memorable experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalised table service in line with restaurant standards.
• Own a specific dining section, coordinating smooth and efficient service throughout each shift.
• Welcome guests, introduce yourself, and create a warm dining atmosphere.
• Present the menu confidently, explaining dishes, ingredients, preparation methods and daily specials.
• Provide expert recommendations, accommodate dietary requirements and allergies, and proactively upsell premium items.
• Accurately take orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, anticipate needs, and resolve concerns professionally.
• Lead, support, and mentor waiters and food runners within your section.
• Assist in training and coaching junior front‑of‑house staff.
• Maintain table settings, reset standards, and process guest bills efficiently.
• Uphold food safety, hygiene, and health‑and‑safety standards.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience as a Captain Waiter, Senior Waiter, or equivalent in a premium restaurant, luxury hotel or fine‑dining venue.
• Warm, engaging, professional demeanor with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
