Cards Product Management Specialist (12‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Cards Product Management Specialist to lead the strategic development, commercialization, and performance of our growing cards portfolio. This 12‑month fixed‑term role will work across debit, credit, and prepaid products, driving growth, innovation, and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the cards product strategy for Debit, Credit, and Prepaid lines.
• Lead product ideation, value‑proposition design, pricing, and market launch.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from launch to optimization and retirement.
• Drive revenue growth through acquisition, activation, spend, and retention initiatives.
• Build business cases for new products, partnerships, and market opportunities.
• Manage relationships with processing partners, fintech collaborators, and third‑party vendors.
• Lead co‑branded, white‑label, and partnership card programs.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Product, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Marketing) to deliver complex initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards, supporting audit and governance activities.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in cards, payments, retail banking, or fintech.
• Proven track record in cards product management, portfolio growth, and product commercialization.
• Strong understanding of card issuing, processing, payment ecosystems, and digital payments.
• Experience leading product launches, portfolio optimization, and strategic transformation programs.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders, regulators, and external partners.
