Cards Product Manager – 12‑Month Contract in Bahrain

About the role

Our client, a global cards and payments firm, is partnering with a leading bank in Bahrain to hire a Cards Product Manager on a 12‑month contract. The role will drive the strategic development, commercialization, and lifecycle management of card products, ensuring they meet market needs and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, pricing and rollout of innovative card products and a Bin Sponsorship program.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations and compliance teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Support commercialization, sales enablement and training for new card solutions.
• Manage product performance, revenue, credit costs and cost allocation.
• Oversee audit, compliance, complaints handling and regulatory change implementation.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage integration with card processing systems, switches and vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in card product management, payments or banking.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver profitable card portfolios.
