Cards Product Manager (12‑month contract)

About the role

Our client, a global cards and payments firm, is partnering with a leading bank in Bahrain to hire a Cards Product Manager on a 12‑month contract. The role will drive the strategic development, commercialization, and lifecycle management of card products, ensuring they meet market needs while delivering profitability and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, pricing and rollout of innovative card products tailored to market demand.
• Define product value propositions and pricing strategies.
• Create and manage a Bin Sponsorship program and lead white‑label solution discussions with new clients.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations and compliance teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Support commercialization, provide sales tools, training and promotional campaigns to drive acquisition and usage.
• Monitor product performance post‑launch, resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage vendor relationships, integration with card processing systems, switches and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in card product management or related financial services.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
