About the role

We are looking for an experienced Carpentry Workshop Manager to lead our interior fit‑out operations in Bahrain. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in interior fit‑out projects and strong knowledge of AutoCAD.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day carpentry workshop operations.
  • Plan production schedules and allocate manpower.
  • Supervise carpentry fabrication and finishing works.
  • Coordinate production according to project drawings and requirements.
  • Review and interpret AutoCAD drawings.
  • Monitor material usage and workshop productivity.
  • Ensure quality and timely completion of carpentry works.
  • Coordinate with site and project teams.
  • Maintain workshop safety and housekeeping standards.

Required profile

  • 3–5 years of experience in interior fit‑out.
  • Strong carpentry workshop management experience.
  • AutoCAD knowledge is required.
  • Good understanding of carpentry fabrication and fit‑out works.
  • Strong team management and coordination skills.
