Chief Accountant (Hotel)

About the role

Ramee Group of Hotels is seeking a Chief Accountant to lead accounting operations within its hotel portfolio in Manama. The role focuses on accurate financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance to support effective financial management in a hospitality setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day accounting activities and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Manage reconciliations of accounts, bank statements, and inter‑company transactions.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for hotel operations.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain accurate financial records.

Required profile

• Relevant accounting experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting and reporting standards.
• Ability to manage accounting records and perform reconciliations accurately.
• Analytical and numerical aptitude with attention to detail.
• Understanding of financial controls, compliance, and audit processes.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
