About the role

Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a Chief Concierge you will brighten guests’ days, oversee the concierge desk and create memorable experiences that reflect Hilton’s commitment to warmth and service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and train the concierge team, manage schedules and ensure high‑quality guest interactions.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests and concerns, delivering personalized service.
• Provide recommendations and arrange dining, transportation, tours and local attractions.
• Coordinate special services such as medical care, childcare, floral delivery and other personalized needs.
• Support VIP guests with seamless registration and elevated service.
• Promote hotel offerings and encourage use of on‑site programs.
• Oversee concierge budgets and payroll, ensuring financial efficiency.
