丽思卡尔顿酒店招聘工程部主管，负责管理酒店的建筑、场地及机械设备维护，重点关注安全、安保和资产保护，同时负责预算、资本支出、预防性维护和节能。该职位为全职，工作地点位于巴林麦纳麦。
主要职责
- 管理工程预算，在工程总监缺勤时监督工程部运作
- 协助管理机械设备，包括制冷、暖通空调、管道、水处理、电气和防火安全系统，确保高效、安全运行
- 建立客房维护计划，确保符合工程部政策和标准
- 采购新设备、用品和家具，评估设施状况并安排额外维修服务
- 协助制定预防性维护计划，维护准确日志和记录
- 高效处理客人问题与投诉，授权员工提供优质服务
- 参与确定维护需求优先级，促进跨部门沟通
- 管理人力资源活动，包括表彰员工、提供反馈、监督应急程序执行及员工满意度调查
任职要求
- 高中学历或同等学历，或认可大学两年制相关学位
- 4年或2年工程维护或相关专业工作经验
- 接受过暖通空调冷冻、电气或管道技术培训
