Spa Therapist

About the role

Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain, an ultra-luxury property described as "The Palace of the Secret Garden" with 78 private pool villas, is hiring a Spa Therapist. The therapist offers a wide range of high-quality spa treatments in an unparalleled setting so that guests feel relaxed, satisfied and well cared for.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a professional, friendly and engaging service, giving guests information about the department and other hotel facilities in a courteous way.
• Perform massages, body treatments and facials as required, keeping guests comfortable at all times.
• Deliver personalized service by recognizing and responding to guests' needs and expectations.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic and organized workspace, with equipment operating to safety and hygiene standards.
• Take part in spa-related activities such as promotions, product or service sales, workshops and leisure activities linked to the department.
• Work with receptionists, fitness instructors and other Spa staff to build a positive team spirit.
• Follow departmental, safety and hygiene policies and procedures.

Required profile

• High School Diploma.
• At least 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a 5-star luxury resort.
• Fluent spoken English.
• Flexible and friendly personality.

Required skills

• Familiarity with spa software operation.
• Familiarity with Micros.
