Cleared American Guard (CAG) – Bahrain

About the role

IDS International is seeking qualified Cleared American Guard (CAG) personnel to support operations at the Bahrain ISA Air Base. This full‑time, onsite position offers a structured compensation package and comprehensive benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Perform security duties in accordance with CAG training and active certifications.
• Maintain vigilance over the air base perimeter and facilities.
• Respond to incidents, conduct patrols, and enforce access control procedures.
• Collaborate with base personnel and report security observations.

Required profile

• Active CAG certificates/training issued within the last five years.
• Secret security clearance.
• Ability to lift or move moderate weights (typically under 20 lb).
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Required skills

What we offer

• Hourly rate of $17 with overtime at $25.50.
• Additional $1/hour premium on all hours worked.
• Cost‑of‑Living Allowance of $1,500/month.
• Post‑hardship pay (20% of base pay).
