Security Officer (Bahraini National) – Security Department

About the role

We are looking for a Security Officer (Bahraini National) to join the Security Department at Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain. Working under the guidance of Team Leaders and Senior Security Officers, you will help maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, colleagues and property.

Key responsibilities

• Adhere strictly to all security and safety policies and procedures.
• Monitor premises and report any suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols to deter unauthorized access and identify risks.
• Monitor security systems and equipment, reporting malfunctions promptly.
• Manage the distribution and control of keys to authorized personnel.
• Respond quickly to emergencies, initiate procedures, evacuate personnel and notify emergency services.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of security experience in a customer‑oriented, service‑focused role.
• Higher secondary education (or equivalent).
• Bahraini national status.
