Client Advisor – Retail Sales

About the role
As a Client Advisor at ALO, you will be the face of the brand, delivering an authentic and memorable shopping experience. You will engage with guests, educate them about our products, community, and culture, and help drive store sales.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed store sales targets by promoting ALO initiatives.
- Provide friendly, easy‑to‑shop environment and build lasting client relationships.
- Analyze sales reports with leadership to identify growth opportunities and address deficiencies.
- Ensure effective floor coverage and lead selling initiatives as needed.
- Educate guests and staff on product features, benefits, and care.
- Assist with shipment processing, visual merchandising, and daily replenishment.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and support other store areas such as cash handling.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a client‑centric, sales environment.
- Ability to stand and move throughout an entire shift.
- High energy, upbeat attitude and passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong empathy, integrity and ability to build trusting relationships.
