Client Relationship Management Analyst

About the role

Marsh is seeking a Client Relationship Management Analyst to strengthen client satisfaction and retention through excellent service support and data‑driven insights. You will partner closely with relationship leaders and internal stakeholders to ensure client needs are met efficiently, proactively, and consistently.

Key responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for client inquiries, coordinating timely resolution and ensuring a strong client experience.
• Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare and share periodic reporting on client satisfaction, account performance, and relationship health for leaders and stakeholders.
• Partner with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align solutions and service delivery with client needs.
• Recommend and support enhancements to improve relationship management practices and operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of interactions, feedback, and action items in the CRM system.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices to support planning and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• 2–5 years’ experience in client relationship management, customer service, or an analytical client‑facing role (experience in Employee Health & Benefits strongly preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client‑centric mindset.
• Bahraini nationality is required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM tools.
• Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Knowledge of Power BI (advantage).
