Sales & Marketing Manager

About the role

Hitachi Energy is looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to drive growth of its Grid Integration portfolio in Bahrain. The role involves developing innovative marketing strategies, expanding market share, and ensuring a superior customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Hitachi Energy's Grid Integration solutions, including renewable energy integration, data center electrification, and battery storage.
• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and customer engagement.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, EPC contractors, utilities, and partners.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business plans using CRM and reporting tools.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends and growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• 10‑12 years of experience in power transmission, distribution, and related industry segments.
• Strong knowledge of substations, FACTS solutions, prefabricated/containerized substations, power quality solutions, and battery energy storage systems.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful sales and market development strategies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
• Experience using Power BI for reporting and analytics.
