About the role
Join Hilton’s CLAW BBQ team as a Commis Chef and help create memorable dining experiences for guests. You will work in a vibrant kitchen environment, preparing high‑quality dishes while embodying the brand’s hospitality values.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Manage guest orders efficiently to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Execute complex recipes, oversee stations, and perform quality control.
- Inspect plates before service to guarantee presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workstation following food safety protocols.
- Prepare requisitions for supplies and manage inventory needs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
