Consultative Selling Specialist

About the role

Elite Advisories is seeking a driven Consultative Selling Specialist to join its Bahrain team. This full‑time position focuses on building long‑term, trusted relationships with organisations across key industries, helping them navigate complex EHS, ESG, ISO and compliance challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities in target sectors.
• Conduct consultative discovery conversations to uncover client pain points related to EHS, process safety, ESG and regulatory compliance.
• Present and tailor Elite Advisories’ full solutions portfolio, including audits, ESG verification, ISO implementation and executive search.
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline through networking, referrals and outbound outreach.
• Collaborate with technical and advisory teams to scope accurate proposals.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales in line with company targets.
• Maintain strong, long‑term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Record sales activity, pipeline status and client interactions accurately.
• Stay up‑to‑date on EHS, ESG and compliance trends relevant to client industries.

Required profile

• Eligible for Tamkeen funding support and meets programme criteria.
• Proven experience in consultative or solution‑based B2B sales; background in EHS, safety, compliance, ESG or professional advisory services is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to translate technical and regulatory concepts into client value.
• Self‑starter with a results‑driven mindset and disciplined pipeline management.
• Valid Bahrain driving licence.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
