Corporate Sales Executive – Food & Beverage

About the role

We are looking for a driven Corporate Sales Executive to lead B2B sales for the Food & Beverage division of Alzayani Foods in Manama, Bahrain. The role focuses on acquiring new corporate clients, nurturing existing relationships, and delivering on ambitious sales targets to expand our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new corporate accounts within the Food & Beverage sector across Bahrain.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with key corporate clients, understanding their needs and business objectives.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to close sales while ensuring profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to guarantee excellent service delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using a CRM system.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Corporate Sales Executive or similar B2B sales role in the F&B or hospitality industry.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and passionate about the F&B sector.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Valid Bahraini driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience using CRM software.
