Country Leader – Bahrain

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Country Leader to drive Cisco’s growth and operations in Bahrain. Reporting to regional leadership, you will combine market insight with Cisco’s global strategy to deliver technology solutions that accelerate digital transformation for government, enterprise customers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end business performance for Bahrain, setting and executing revenue and profitability targets.
• Develop and implement market strategy, identify key opportunities and lead their execution.
• Build and nurture relationships with government entities, large enterprises and channel partners to strengthen Cisco’s market leadership.
• Represent Cisco at industry events and stakeholder engagements to enhance brand visibility.
• Lead, inspire and develop a high‑performing local team to ensure customer success and drive digital transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years experience in ICT, technology or enterprise sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven P&L management and track record of achieving revenue targets for a country or major business segment.
• Experience working with government entities and large enterprise customers in Bahrain or the GCC.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Preferred: Master’s degree, strong people‑development skills, deep understanding of Bahrain’s digital economy and regulatory landscape.
