Country Manager – Bahrain

About the role

The leading fashion group in Bahrain is seeking an experienced Country Manager to drive the overall commercial performance of its multi‑brand, multi‑store retail business. You will own the P&L, sales targets and profitability for the Bahrain market.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of Bahrain's P&L, sales, budgets and commercial performance to meet country targets.
• Lead multi‑brand, multi‑store retail operations, ensuring stores achieve sales, conversion, average transaction value (ATV), units per transaction (UPT), productivity and profitability.
• Coach, develop and manage the retail leadership team, including Area/Operations Managers and Store Staff, with clear KPIs and accountability.
• Monitor store and brand performance, identify under‑performing locations or categories, and implement improvement plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of retail management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the GCC.
• Proven track record of driving profitability, business growth and high‑performing teams.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and decision‑making abilities.
