CRM Operations Executive

About the role

We are seeking a CRM Operations Executive to oversee daily CRM activities, maintain accurate customer data, and support cross‑functional teams. The role focuses on ensuring data quality, preparing insightful reports, and continuously improving CRM workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate customer and business records within CRM systems.
• Review, update, and organize customer information, account details, and interaction records.
• Monitor CRM data quality, completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
• Coordinate CRM activities across sales, marketing, customer operations, and other business teams.
• Process customer information, account updates, lead records, and workflow changes.
• Monitor CRM pipelines, tasks, activities, follow‑ups, and outstanding actions.
• Prepare CRM reports, dashboards, summaries, and operational updates.
• Identify duplicate, incomplete, outdated, or inconsistent records and coordinate corrections.
• Support CRM workflows, segmentation, data management, and routine system administration.
• Assist with CRM campaigns, customer communications, and operational activities as required.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in CRM operations, sales operations, customer data management, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Information Management, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail with accurate data‑entry and record‑management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage competing priorities.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Excel and other spreadsheet tools.
• Familiarity with reporting tools and digital systems for data analysis.
