Customer Service Senior Officer

About the role

The Customer Service Senior Officer will act as a key liaison between internal teams and external customers, ensuring service level agreements are met and claims are resolved efficiently. This role supports the supply chain function by applying business acumen, data analysis, and logistical knowledge to improve operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, collect and interpret data from multiple sources to produce reports that aid decision‑making.
• Plan and execute negotiations with suppliers and customers while adhering to ethical standards.
• Manage inventory processes, including stock rotation, replenishment, and accurate record‑keeping.
• Optimize inbound and outbound logistics to reduce freight costs and improve efficiency.
• Oversee warehouse activities such as input/output control, space planning, loss prevention, and 5S implementation.
• Maintain compliance with global supply‑chain regulations, customs rules, Incoterms and trade agreements.
• Support manufacturing operations by understanding machine capabilities and tool requirements.

Required profile

• Intermediate understanding of business environments and ability to apply internal policies.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize tasks to meet short‑ and long‑term objectives.
• Basic knowledge of logistics, inventory management and warehouse operations.
