Driver – Light Vehicle

About the role

The company is seeking a reliable Light Vehicle Driver to ensure timely delivery of goods across the United Arab Emirates. The role requires safe vehicle operation, excellent customer service, and strict adherence to company and regulatory guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver goods and products to designated locations on schedule.
• Maintain a daily log book and keep accurate records of trips.
• Know and follow all major routes throughout the UAE.
• Collect shipments from Cargo Village and handle delivery orders from freight forwarding companies.
• Obtain and confirm Pick Note Gate Passes with stores at the point of delivery.
• Report any vehicle breakdowns to the transportation in‑charge promptly.
• Ensure the vehicle is kept in good condition and minimize accidents.
• Comply with RTA rules and company policies at all times.

Required profile

• Valid UAE driving licence for light vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of UAE road networks and RTA regulations.
• Professional attitude with good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with logistics teams.
