Open Day for A320 Pilots in Bahrain

About the role

Air Arabia Dammam is hosting an Open Day in Bahrain on 1 October 2026 to meet and recruit experienced A320 Captains and First Officers. The event targets Saudi, GCC nationals and other pilots holding a GACA licence who are type‑rated on the A320 family.

Key responsibilities

• Attend the Open Day and engage with the Pilot Talent Acquisition team.
• Present your flight log, licences and medical certificates for verification.
• Participate in interviews and technical assessments related to A320 operations.
• Demonstrate knowledge of airline procedures, safety standards and crew resource management.

Required profile

• Captain: Minimum 4,000 total commercial aircraft hours, at least 800 hours on the A320 family, valid A320 type rating (minimum 2 months validity), unrestricted Class 1 medical, English Level 4, maximum age 60.
• First Officer: Minimum 1,500 A320 family hours, CPL/ATPL with A320 endorsement (or frozen ATPL), unrestricted Class 1 medical, English Level 4, maximum age 45.
