Director Talent Management & Experience MENA

About the role

The Director Talent Management & Experience MENA will shape and execute the talent strategy for DHL Express across the Middle East and North Africa. Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure that talent acquisition, development, engagement and retention processes are aligned with global standards while addressing regional specificities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic input and lead implementation of the Talent Management strategy for the MENA region.
• Design, execute and manage processes to attract, select, onboard, engage and retain top talent.
• Establish and maintain robust HR performance controls, aligning with DHL Express Global and DPDHL policies.
• Lead the Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) and Great Place to Work (GPTW) initiatives, analysing results and driving follow‑up actions.
• Develop and drive employee engagement programs that enhance workplace culture and deliver measurable business impact.
• Define and integrate the MENA strategy for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) and Health & Wellbeing.
• Prepare regular talent management dashboards, track talent initiatives and identify critical role gaps.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading talent management or HR initiatives at a regional level.
• Strong strategic mindset with ability to translate global policies into local actions.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret survey data and drive improvement plans.
• Demonstrated capability to manage stakeholder relationships across multiple countries.
