Duty Manager

About the role

As a Duty Manager at Hawar Resort, you will oversee daily resort operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The role demands a strong hospitality management background, problem‑solving abilities and coordination across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day resort operations, ensuring seamless functionality across all areas.
• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly, maintaining high service standards.
• Lead and support staff during shifts to maximise productivity and adherence to standards.
• Act as first point of contact for emergencies, coordinating response and reporting to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with resort policies, procedures, health, safety and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with department heads to resolve operational issues and enhance service delivery.
• Prepare daily operational reports, including guest feedback and incident logs.
• Oversee the entire guest journey from reservation to departure, guaranteeing a seamless experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality or hotel management.
