Kids Club Animator

About the role

As a Kids Club Animator at Hawar Resort by Mantis, you will design and lead fun, educational activities for children of various ages, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment that parents trust and kids love.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute age‑appropriate activities such as arts and crafts, sports, storytelling and themed events.
• Engage with children in a friendly, energetic manner while maintaining constant supervision and safety.
• Provide a nurturing atmosphere that encourages creativity, social interaction and learning.
• Communicate regularly with parents about scheduled activities and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with the Kids Club team for smooth daily operations and event setup.
• Maintain a clean, organized Kids Club area stocked with necessary supplies.
• Promote resort-wide activities and inform families about special events and services.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; background in education, child development or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience working with children in a recreational, hospitality or educational setting is preferred.
