About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop strategies and drive revenue growth in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business goals and revenue targets.
  • Lead, motivate and manage the sales team to maximise performance and productivity.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor sales performance, market trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts and performance analyses for management.
  • Conduct sales presentations, negotiations and contract discussions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support growth initiatives.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in sales, business development or account management.
  • Strong leadership, communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
  • Results‑driven mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience managing sales targets, KPIs and team performance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.
