Early Years Teacher – Middle East (Multiple Positions)

About the role

We are seeking passionate Early Years teachers to join leading international and bilingual schools across the Middle East. Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate learning experiences for children aged 3–6.
• Build warm, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

• Assess, observe, and document children’s progress regularly.
• Collaborate with specialists, school leadership, and fellow educators to uphold high early years standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of classroom experience with 3–6‑year‑olds.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development frameworks and play‑based learning.
• Warm, patient, child‑centred approach to teaching.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
