Event Marketing Coordinator – MEA Region

About the role

As an Event Marketing Coordinator for the MEA region, you will plan and execute customer events, internal sales meetings, and exhibitions while supporting the broader marketing strategy across French‑ and Arabic‑speaking markets.

Key responsibilities

• Organise customer events, internal sales meetings and exhibitions, providing onsite support when required.
• Manage the use and distribution of marketing tools such as press releases, direct mail, brochures, advertising, videos and giveaways.
• Collaborate closely with local design agencies and the marketing teams in Bahrain and Austria.
• Support the implementation of a CRM system to control Marketing Communications and Sales activities.
• Assist in executing the digital marketing strategy for French‑ and Arabic‑speaking countries.
• Provide backup for other marketing team members as business needs arise.
• Prepare quarterly activity reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in event management; digital marketing knowledge is a plus.
• Proven experience in direct customer interaction.
• Strong communication, organisational and presentation abilities.
• International mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent English; Arabic and French are advantageous.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of working time.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
