About the role
Resonance is looking for a full‑time Executive Office Assistant to work on‑site in Manama. The role supports daily office operations and provides high‑level board secretarial assistance within a regulated investment‑banking environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, answer phones and handle email communications.
- Coordinate executive calendars, schedule meetings and organise board‑meeting logistics.
- Maintain office equipment, oversee document filing systems and ensure accurate corporate record‑keeping.
- Assist with clerical tasks, including preparation of reports, statutory filings through Sijilat and regulatory reporting in line with CBB Rulebook requirements.
- Facilitate effective communication across teams and support the leadership team with ad‑hoc administrative duties.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience in a similar administrative or executive assistant role.
- Strong phone etiquette, email correspondence skills and calendar management.
- Detail‑oriented with excellent organisational abilities and the capacity to multitask and prioritize work.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Previous experience supporting senior executives or board members is a plus.
