Facilities Management Manager

About the role

The Facilities Management Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operation, maintenance and safety of ACG’s facilities across assigned sites in Bahrain. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that building systems run efficiently, repairs are coordinated promptly, and regulatory compliance is maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety) and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Plan, monitor and control the facilities budget, ensuring cost‑effective use of resources.
• Manage and evaluate contractors and vendors, negotiate service agreements and track performance.
• Lead, coach and develop the facilities team, setting performance expectations and driving continuous improvement.
• Prepare regular reports, support audits and collaborate with project, engineering and HSE teams.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental regulations and GCC facility standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management or related field.
• Proven leadership experience in facilities management within a contracting or large multi‑site environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a focus on quality, safety and customer service.
• Ability to work on‑site in Bahrain.
