Financial Controller – Full‑time, On‑site in Manama

About the role

The Financial Controller will lead the company’s financial operations in Manama, ensuring accurate reporting and supporting strategic decisions across all business units.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements and reports for multiple ventures.
• Manage the general ledger and oversee month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow monitoring activities.
• Conduct financial analysis and performance reporting to aid strategic decision‑making.
• Implement and maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and local regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors, financial institutions and internal leadership.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of accounting and finance with experience in senior finance roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA, ACCA or CMA preferred.
• Proven ability to manage core financial processes in a multi‑entity environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced setting.
