FinTech Product Manager

About the role

We are seeking a FinTech Product Manager to lead the development, execution, and lifecycle management of innovative financial technology products. The role will define product vision, manage roadmaps, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and customer‑centric digital financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for fintech and digital financial services.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business, customer, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight analysis to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, data, compliance, and operations teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure product compliance with financial regulations, security standards, and risk policies.
• Monitor product performance using KPIs, analytics, and customer feedback.
• Drive product enhancements and continuous improvement based on data‑driven insights.
• Coordinate product launches, go‑to‑market strategies, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage product backlog and prioritize features based on business value and customer impact.
• Stay updated on fintech trends, digital banking, payments, lending, and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of product management principles and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of financial services, digital banking, payments, lending, or fintech ecosystems.
• Familiarity with product analytics, customer journey mapping, and UX principles.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Experience with product management tools and data analytics platforms is an advantage.
• Professional certifications in Product Management, Agile, Scrum, or FinTech are a plus.
