About the role

The Food & Beverage Attendant plays a vital part in delivering memorable guest experiences across the hotel’s restaurants, bars, banquets, in‑hotel cafés and room‑service operations. You will work closely with a dynamic team to ensure service standards exceed guest expectations at every touchpoint.

Key responsibilities

• Take guest orders and serve food and beverages promptly, including barista and cocktail duties when required.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, promotions and any changes.
• Keep service areas clean, tidy and well‑prepared throughout each shift.
• Accurately settle customer accounts and handle cash transactions.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues politely and efficiently.
