About the role

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Food & Beverage team with daily service operations and guest interactions.
• Support kitchen and dining areas by preparing stations, handling inventory, and ensuring hygiene standards.
• Observe and learn hotel-wide operational procedures, including front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house coordination.
• Participate in training sessions and shadow experienced associates to understand best practices.
• Contribute to special events and promotions under the guidance of senior staff.

Required profile

• Current college or university student pursuing a degree related to hospitality, tourism, or business.
• Strong interest in the food and beverage sector and a desire to build a career in hotel management.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate with diverse teams.
