Food & Beverage Service Expert – In‑Room Dining

About the role

Join a world‑class hospitality brand as a Food & Beverage Service Expert delivering memorable in‑room dining experiences. You will interact directly with guests, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure every meal feels like a special occasion.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and present in‑room dining tables according to brand standards.
• Communicate guest orders accurately to the kitchen and monitor preparation.
• Serve food and beverages, attend to guest requests, and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and supplies.
• Handle menu information, verify orders, and manage any special dietary needs.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance).

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and navigate varied surfaces safely.
