French-speaking Customer & Sales Support Coordinator

About the role

As a French‑speaking Customer & Sales Support Coordinator you will be the primary point of contact for our customers throughout the sales cycle, from quotation to post‑sale support. You will work closely with the Area Sales Manager and our sales partners to ensure smooth commercial processes and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, handle tenders and support the sales team during the entire sales process.
• Act as the liaison between customers, sales partners and internal teams, coordinating follow‑ups and product demonstrations.
• Maintain and update the customer database in the CRM system.
• Organise customer trainings through the OMICRON Academy, managing registrations, communications and related administration.
• Provide backup support to the sales support team as needed.

Required profile

• Commercial or business‑related education completed successfully.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer & Sales Support, Sales Support or Inside Sales.
• Experience with CRM and/or ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English; French is mandatory, Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
